1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jetbzz platform and all its services. By accessing the jetbzz website, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Each person may hold only one account on jetbzz. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited. Users sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method may be treated as the same person.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your jetbzz account secure. Keep your username and password confidential and do not share them with any third party.

3.1 Password Protection

• Change your password regularly.

• Avoid logging in from public devices.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for a jetbzz account is ৳100 (one hundred taka). This minimum applies to every payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• You must use your own payment method to deposit funds into your account.
• Using a third-party payment account is prohibited.
• Depositing borrowed funds via credit card is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits should reflect in your account immediately; if there is a delay, contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount for winnings is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Each withdrawal can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• jetbzz reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jetbzz offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000. Wagering requirements apply to every bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming activity and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts.
• jetbzz reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse of bonus terms is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The jetbzz VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

jetbzz has the sole right to determine the criteria for VIP tier changes.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The outcome of all games on the jetbzz platform is determined by the relevant game provider's Random Number Generator (RNG). jetbzz is committed to ensuring fair play.

• If a technical error is found in a game result, the bet in question will be considered void.
• A player cannot lose more than the amount they wagered during a game session.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• Betting limits may be set separately for each game.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football, and other sports is governed by the following terms: if a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets may be voided; in the event of a change to the official result, settlement will be based on the originally announced result. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, the decision of the organizing body is final.

6.3 Technical Errors

jetbzz is not responsible for game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or device issues. In such situations, the game state will be determined according to the last server record.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbzz platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Misusing bonuses or employing strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Collusion betting with yourself or with other accounts.
• Attempting to exploit game errors or bugs for gain.

7.2 Financial Abuse

• Using funds of illegal or unknown origin on the platform.
• Using the platform to commit money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to gain unlawful benefit through chargebacks or credit card fraud.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jetbzz

jetbzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Identification as a minor.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your jetbzz account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Contact our support team to use the Self-Exclusion feature.
